Q: Why Post Reviews on Social Media?

A: Posting reviews on your social media will attract future patients by reading responses from existing patients

People nowadays spend a great deal of their time researching on the Internet new fads, new styles, new restaurants etc.. but before ever trying any of the new they go straight to friends and REVIEWS. Reviews are crucial for informing the future patients who you are and how well you will treat them.

You must attract with Trust and Experience

You Must promote how GREAT you are but starting with YOUR STAFF

When you promote the Staff 

  1. Your Staff will feel Appreciated 
  2. The Public will also know how well you Appreciate the Staff
  3. Patients WIll understand it’s not just you doing great it’s your Whole Office 
  4. People want to come in to practice that Everyone is wonderful

You must POST reviews

Tips:

  1. Regular and at a Consistent rate
  2. Designate a day for Posting Reviews
  3. Change it up with a Video Testimonials
  4. Place Screen Shots of the Reviews on your Social Media Platforms
  5. Use Google slides, Canva.com and or even PhotoFox to Create a nice background for Reviews

Make sure to post on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and on your website

In Addition to the Good Reviews, You must POST the BAD REVIEWS after they have been Overturned 

Tips for Over turning the Bad Reviews

  1. Reach out to the Patients that wrote the review
  2. Engage a conversation on the internet avoid being Defensive 

First make sure to listen to the patients concerns and needs, try to understand and agree with the patient before trying to resolve

You will be SURPRISED that Patients just want to be to HEARD and feel that they are being UNDERSTOOD

A simple 5 MIN call could and will change someone’s outlook on you and YOUR OFFICE 

Note: Patients Want to FEEL you are willing to go  yo way to seek their needs and or willing to DO Something about people’s concern

  1. Future patients want to be able to trust you and respect you. Patients will respect and trust when they see how real you can be. Everyone knows there good and bad days. What’s important to them is how well you conduct yourself. You must Always be professional and honest.
