3. Reminder of their next Appointment through text or email

Every Review is a GOOD Review Regardless if its a Bad one

You MUST be willing to TAKE the Good with the Bad

You SHOULDN’T take it personal 

Take it as IMPROVING your Standard of Care

When a Patient leaves a Bad Review, UNDERSTAND that they are just voicing that THEIR NEEDS were not met
