Each employee is an EXPERT and are working with YOU.

***ONE THING Dentists need to know WHEN they LEAVE the room:

Patients WILL ASK: “What do you think about the Treatment?”  to:

  • Dental Assistants
  • Dental Hygienist
  • Front Desk employees

Regardless if the Dentist did a great job delivery the reasons WHY for the best options.REASONS

Patients SECOND GUESS the Dentist’s recommendations:

  1. Patients don’t TRUST the Dentist just yet 
  2. They just WANT to get “the feel” of the OFFICE before doing business there. 
  3. Need to HEAR it MORE than twice and from DIFFERENT people

Patients instantly FEEL more CONNECTED to the Employees because..

Patients understand:

  1. Employees are not management and or not benefiting from the TX.
  1. Employees have an understanding of the treatment
  1. Employees have experience working on cases with the Dentist.
  1. Employees will tell patients their unbiased opinion on the matter
  1. If the Dentist is a good dentist the Employees will let them know 

Soo it’s SUPER IMPORTANT that ALL employees are on the SAME PAGE and UNDERSTAND your REASONS or PROTOCOL for treatment

Your employees are the FIRST and LAST people your patients SPEAK to at the Office. 

When the whole OFFICE is in SYNC and ON BOARD with the Doctor’s reponses and recommendations, The Patients will have easier time TRUSTING and are more willing to follow through with treatment
