Hair Direction and Patterns
The eyebrow can be divided into three parts: head, body, and tail. Brow hair and growth direction can vary accordingly to ethnicity.
Direction & Angle of Eyebrow Hair
The head measures 5-10mm in length, and is usually below the orbital margin with the hairs angling vertically.
The body is approximately 25-30mm long and is usually the densest, widest and most prominent portion of the brow. The hairs should be angled horizontally.
The tail is approximately 10m long, is the narrowest portion of the brow with the least density and lies above the orbital margin.
Stroking Rules:
1. Strokes can touch each other but they can’t cross.
2. Strokes should be curved, not straight.
3. Strokes should follow natural hair growth.
4. Stroke by Stroke- A set of 3-5 strokes.
